1.1 This Privacy Policy governs the collection, usage and storage of information obtained from the Users (hereinafter: Information) through the usage of the ApiHex website and their Services. We do not sell available personal information to third-parties. We use collected Information exclusively for our internal and marketing purposes and for providing requested Products. The Information on Users is divided into identifiable and non-identifiable Information depending on whether Information can identify the User as a specific person. These e-mails are essential for your User experience and they do not constitute “unsolicited commercial e-mail advertisements”. You agree to receive these e-mails whenever we deem it necessary.

All personal Information we collect about you is kept strictly confidential on secure servers whose maintenance, security and protection is maintained by professional third party provider.

 

V. NON-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

5.1 By visiting the Site we automatically collect some non-identifiable Information regarding your computer or mobile device and your activities. We may collect other Information in order to improve the User’s experience and provide better service. This Information is not personally identifiable. The Site might use “cookies” in order to help improve the User experience. The User can deny access to cookies through their browser settings.

5.2 We use your information to provide and improve our services, customize services for you, better understand our Users, diagnose and fix problems, etc.
