The convenience of spinning full honey supers! Make your life easier by being able to spin a full box of honey. This extractor has the capability of extracting 30 medium (6 ¼”), 30 shallow (5 3/8”) or 30 deep (9 1/8”) frames (depending on how drawn comb is).  

The radial cage style allows honey to be extracted from both sides of the frame eliminating the need to turn frames during extraction. The result is honey produced in one spin cycle. One box. One cycle. Convenient. The 800 mm (31 ½”) diameter and height of 39” make this extractor a reasonable size for the honey house or workshop. 

Command and Conquer

The extractor comes with a 110-volt plug.  There is a 12-volt cable allowing for portability to be run from a car battery or generator with ease.  The SDD digital controller is easy to use; up and down on the keypad adjusts extractor speed via the variable DC belt drive motor.  The motor delivers resourceful, low powered operation by only supplying power as needed during operation.  The motor shuts down after 15 minutes of inactivity which allows energy to be saved.

The brake system is engaged when the STOP button is pushed.  The brake is also enabled when the EMERGENCY button is pushed.  The extractor shuts down when the cover is lifted for additional safety.

Strength and Support

Full length powder coated legs provide support for the 24-gauge stainless steel drum.  The acid resistant drum has a thickness of 0.6 mm and a conical drum base for optimal draining of honey.  The 1 ½” stainless steel gate valve allows for quick drainage. The acrylic cover allows for viewing of the extraction process and has a thickness of 5 mm for strength.  This extractor comes with a 2-year warranty.
